Test Your Workplace RQ Why should a business use the RQ (Readiness Quotient) survey? The RQ Test enables employers to assess the preparedness of their employees and their families and to help them get prepared at home and in the workplace. It is important to remember that many employees will not follow a workplace emergency plan (like sheltering in place) if they do not have a family plan in place. Encourage co-workers to test their RQ and make a fun (or competitive) activity out of reporting their scores. Create a company-wide contest and acknowledge the group or department that is the most prepared. Once we receive this form, we will send you a password to administer the RQ test. The results of the RQ test for your workplace will be automatically sent to your email. Individuals will receive their scores as they complete the RQ test.
